Know-how, expertise and control

The quality of ME ELECTRONICS’ electronic circuit board assembly is ensured by the skills and expertise of our internal technicians and by systematic check activities at multiple levels.

a) SUPPLIES. All incoming components are checked by the main warehouse. In particular, printed circuit boards, paste and mechanic parts are examined and tested before being admitted to the production process. After passing all the initial checks, the components are stored in such a way to maintain all their properties intact.

b) PROCESSES. Each operator is trained to constantly perform checks on each phase of the assembly process, in order to guarantee perfect repeatability of the operation.

c) ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARDS. The assembled product is tested and checked by the quality department to assess its perfect compliance with the client’s requirements.
